Last year I reviewed the “I’m From” Rice Toner, which I still absolutely love. Today, I am reviewing the “I’m From” Rice Serum – and spoiler alert, I absolutely love this product too! Toners have certainly evolved a lot from years ago, and are no longer the old astringent formula they used to be. They are more varied now, with gentle formulations.
